Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation.

Payments Required Before Work Begins

All bookkeeping services require payment in full before work begins. Services will not be started until payment has been received and cleared.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of bookkeeping services and time reserved for each client, no refunds are provided once payment has been made.

Cancellations & Paused Services

If services are paused or canceled by the client after payment, no refunds will be issued. Any future work will require a new agreement and payment.

Late or Failed Payments

Late or failed payments may result in a pause of services until payment issues are resolved.
